Recipe’s for blenders – please help!?

Hi, I just bought myself a new bender – yay!!!! Does anyone have any good recipes for blender food and drinks?

you can make shakes. bananna, chocolate, strawberry, pineapple. the list is endless. you add ice, ice cream and whatever flavor you are trying to make. how much ingredients you add depends on how much you are going to make. if you are wanting something alchoholic try strawberry or other fruit daquri’s. To make strawberry you get some frozen sweetend strawberrys about 3 oz of bacardi rum or vodka will work, and in the frozen section at the grocery store by the frozen juice there is bacardi mixers. add that and some ice and blend….very very tasty….
