why did the cake not get done?
the cake was not cooked all the way in a bread maker machine. i put in the whole box cake mix. think it could have went for half of the batter. do you think or know.”
You can cook cakes in a bread maker, but you need to vary the cooking times. Takes longer in bread maker as there isnt a lot of space around the cake, as in an oven, where the air circulates around the cake to give it an even cooking temperature from all around.
.Try it again, it will be a case of trial and error. Once you get it right, it will be perfect.
Try adding an extra ten minutes, then 5 minutes after that.
